All contributions are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable immediately upon payment capture. Because placement benefits and promotional impressions occur in real time, no cooling-off period applies once the transaction has been recorded in the database ledger.
Submitting a bid to promote a creator handle or brand does not confer trademark, copyright, or corporate ownership of that entity. BidIndia.space is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platforms (including Instagram, YouTube, X, Google, or listed brands).
We strictly forbid the promotion of illegal goods, deceptive schemes, malware, phishing sites, adult content, gambling, hate speech, or harassment. Any listing found violating these standards will be suspended or permanently blacklisted immediately with total forfeiture of contribution fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
